Was physically assaulted by the head nurse at McKinney (TX) Corners dialysis and the clinic staff helped to cover up the incident. After the assault I started receiving no number calls on my cellphone with muffled voices telling me to not report it or bad things would happen to me and my family. Davita corporate did absolutely nothing and I was involuntarily discharged after the incident. Some of the techs are great and others let's just say they aren't. The nurses well hmmm, they are placed in a difficult situation. My experience has been bug and roach infested. I was told that there isn't anything they can do about it. I feel bad for the patients that don't have options.

Prior to coming here I was fed up with Dialysis and pretty much decided to ride out ESRD without Dialysis. I have been abused by Nephrologists and Dialysis centers and was tired of it. As fate would have it that thought process sent me back to Medical City McKinney where a compassionate ER Doctor listened to my complaints and asked me to try one more time to do dialysis while hooking me up with a new Nephrologist who helped get me into this DaVita.
