Davita is a great place to get dialysis! The stsff is really nice and helpful, and the social worker is very caring. I feel very much at home when I am there. The only downside is that it very cold in the building so that is uncomfortable.
Very unprofessional, I was visiting the area and I got approved for a chair so I decided to give them a call a week before just to confirm once again which I am glad I did. They told me they didn’t have any available chairs for that day. Before I got that answer I did call a couple times and they told me that they will call me back no call at all. Very unprofessional I made these plans almost two months ahead. They should not play with people lives like that. What if I never called
As someone who has a fear of needles, the staff (techs and nurses)make the experience so much more comfortable and tolerable..very polite kind and very professional the staff at west Anthony Dr are the best and truly care for their patients and sincerely make you feel like your more than jut a patient, but family.
Been going to davita for over 3 years and l have been more than satisfied with the treatment l have received . it all. I made a different email so I wouldn’t be recognized but this facility is poorly managed and the turnover rate is very bad and racism and tension is very high with me being a minority patient and of minority community you notice everything and there is allot of bullying of minority workers where they can’t even last long enough to keep decent enough people who are dedicated to their job and actually have care for the patients and concern I do not recommend this facility at all they change staff so much that your at health ri... read more
