THEY NEVER GET MY HUSBAND IN A CHAIR WHEN HE IS SUPPOSED TO. SUPPOSED TO TAKE 4 HR 3-7 ITS ALWAYS 5 51/2 HRS. TO GET HIM PICKED UP I LIVE 2 HRS AWAY AND THEY CANT SEEM TO GET HIM OUT ONTIME
