Management has been completely careless with my family member who is on very important medicine that must be given during dialysis. For several weeks staff keeps telling us they don't have the medicine but its "coming" with no follow up or sense of urgency in ordering it. Sandra clearly doesnt care about her patients as not having this medicine has dire effects for my family member which she is aware of. My mother goes to this facility and usually the nurses are very kind, in exception to one of them named essamo(?) he always has an attitude but today was exceptionally bad she just started dialysis in November and has an avf which usually bleeds for longer than usual, as she was finishing up he began disrespecting her saying that she was bleeding because she was shaking to much to hold the wound correctly and questioning as to why she shakes so much (she has anxiety and takes medication that causes shaking as a side effect) ... read more

My father came to Orlando in the month of October 2017 to received dialysis services after the Hurricane Maria from PR to DaVitas at Hunter Creek with no understanding of the language my father fell at home. Everyone treat him with dignity and respect. The services and commitment with their patients and families is remarkable. The communication with family and follow up during the time he received his tx at the Center was exceptional.
