We transferred my mother here due to closer to her house. Staff Tina, Raquel and Raul are wonderful in taking care of my mother. True that sometimes they are short staff but overall good and clean facility. Thank you for all you do!
When my mother and I when to check this place out. It was a ghost town in there. No one was around at the front desk. The one guy in the stretcher came in and the pulled him back out almost 30 minutes later. Another guy walked in, sat for a minute and ended up just slipping in pass the door. No one wrote him in or even gave him clearance to go back there. The FedEx guy couldn't get them to open the back door. Average temp for Dialysis center is 72 to 75 degrees according guideline. It is always freezing Anemia Dialysis patients, then you end up with cold. After exposure of Dialysis port to cold temp, someone need to examine temp of Dialysis centet
