The DaVita Henderson crew is great. They are very attentive to your needs and will answer any questions in a way that is understandable to the average person. All are very courteous and make you feel you are dealing with friends. Even with long hours they work, they remain very nice and supportive.

The nursing staff is wonderful. They really do care about the patients. I recommend this center to anyone needing dialysis.
I am a caregiver that helps bring a client to this facility around 5am in the morning. We got there this morning to no electricity. Totally understandable as we were just hit by a storm. Also understandable that no phone calls were made to patients that also get up that early to come their to save their lives... What I do NOT understand is employees being inside a building KNOWING all of this and not ONCE come outside to tell a single patient in the parking lot waiting! Completely unprofessional!
