This facility is not handled, lead, or maintained properly by Davita. The powers that be is allowing this facility to fall apart. Patients are not getting full treatment due to constant machine malfunction. Along with a whole host of other issues that apparently is a nonfactor.
They seem friendly enough, and take good care of my loved one. I just wish it was easier to call them to check status.
