The medicare recipients are being abused by this location. The office manager is evil and is sitting back watching it happen. One of the nurses named Erica specifically at this location is evil, extremely rude and abusive. How long must the abuse take place before someone does something?

The staff gave me a time to be here, and there was not sitting around waiting, they were very professional and kind, when I'm in town this is my place.
