A great caring team
My dad and step mom both receive dialysis at this facility! I’m BEYOND disappointed with the care they provided today. My father started feeling horrible and the tech and the RN IGNORED HIM! He became sick and neither were in any hurry to assist. Apparently, the machine was more important! My step mom being there at the same time, and no one notified her that my dad was feeling bad and got sick. I’ve been a nurse for a long time and it’s sickening to see how much patient care is lacking! DO BETTER!

Was transferred to for having medical condition was yelled by medical assistant was left in numerous times waiting be connected or disconnected so if they don't like you you are in trouble.
This facility is not as clean as it should be. The staff will leave you sitting and waiting in the lobby. They do not come to the door in a timely manner when you push the bell for service. They do not get their dialysis patients started on time, which makes the time they are supposed to be through way later than it should be. It's sad to see people working in a place like this not seem to have any compassion for the patients who receive treatment here. God bless the ones who do and especially the ones who do not...
