The whole staff at the Gaithersburg davita are very nice, caring and attentive people. They help you with your questions and needs.

This is a good dialysis center to attend the staff is great i been there since day one
Customer service at this location is seriously lacking, at least in the lady I dealt with was extremely rude to my Grandmother and I. My Grandmother was confused as to when her appointment time was, as they had been taking her early every time she showed up; so naturally she assumed her appointment time was set to an earlier time than what it was.
