Some of the nicest people i have ever met! if you have to get dialysis this is an awesome place to do it. from what i have seen so far the staff makes a bad situation so much more tolerable and pleasant. And Carrie is an incredible Nurse and Human. I moved from California and started talking to her before i even left. I was trying to get everything set up so i could get dialysis when i got here. Love how they add the art canvas tapestry for us to color as public visitors, customers and clients in lobby waiting area♡
They remodeled the whole building but gave nothing back to the patient like new TVs or new chairs. Chairs are very uncomfortable and the TV barely works and cable
My dialysis is going good I have no complaints about where I go the people are so nice and caring i love my team
Carrie the case manager is the most uncompassionate individual I've experienced in the health care industry. She will ignore patient requests then ridicule family members when they advocate for their loved ones. She will also overlook doctor notes on their chart and make you feel like an idiot when you press her to research the patient's chart. I don't understand how someone so cold could work with critically ill patients.
