The front desk staff here are not knowledgeable about their own processes and prices for services. An employee representing DaVita contacted us to schedule dialysis treatments for my Uncle, who is pending insurance coverage. The representative here stated that him not having insurance coverage currently was fine, and proceeded to create a schedule for his treatments to begin. The staff truly do not care how they treat their patients. Do not properly clean ports. Sent patients back home with clogged ports. Most patients rather drive farther for treatment that fort valley. Second clogged port within a week.
