Excellent service. Staff understand your concern and are very helpful. Well organized and clean and very professional and friendly.
I have been requesting earlier hours for quite some time so that I don't have to drive in the dark. Yesterda Elsa, the head nurse came and told me they were transferring me to another location but the hours were a half hour later. It is actually much further away from my home. She told me it was because they were short of staff and closing the isolation room at Dixie. I don't know if this is true or not. I feel that I was manipulated and do not appreciate it.
