When technicians are rotated to new patients there is NO formal communication from the prior technician to the new one regarding the specifics of care that patient should have. It jeopardizes the patient and is a safety issue
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this center! Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses, techs, dietitian and social workers are AMAZING!!! Each and every one of them makes you feel comfortable and are extremely sweet and helpful! I would go on but I’m just going to keep saying nothing but positive things and I think I’ve made my point.
