Horrible attitude from everyone of them, day or night shift. Day shift just turned me away with ni answer, night shift had never made me feel safe and say they had to restick everytime. One night, the last night dialysis i did, they had to redo the dialysis needle three times. Maybe if they weren't smok8ng on the brakes they can put the needle in correctly the first time.

Couldn't get backup caregiver trained. Patient switched to hemo dialysis. Couldn't sit with him so we were talking on phone. He started coughing and having an extremely hard time breathing. All I could do was listen to him struggle. Finally someone came to check on him. They treat their patients as if there only problem is with their kidneys. My husband had many medical problems long before kidney problems. He has had sinus problems for years. The VA stopped counting his disabling conditions at 400% since they only pay 100%.... read more
Horrible joke for phone service!! These are people's lives you are messing with!!!! I called regarding my mother and the 1st number was to a person whom was a switch board operater who was nice . she gave the real number for the facility. After jumping through that hoop, for no reason I did reach out and was transferred to the receptionist ext which was just a bunch of static for a vm?? I called two times thinking "there's no way this facility is this bad", but I was wrong!!!! Remember, if people need help it's your response... read more
