I have been going here since November and at first it seemed nice. Now I've noticed a breakdown in: the quality of care, quality of knowledgeable staff, and lack in standards of practice. When a formal complaint is filed the nurse will say you, as the patient, are lying and your care is affected by retaliation. No one from corporate has contacted me about my experience.

I was waiting in the lobby for 55 minutes to get on the Dialysis machine I was supposed to be on the Dialysis machine at 2:15 but I didn't get on the Dialysis machine until 3:15
