Very rude staff and people there, asking questions about my mom care and my mom does too always take people before you and change your time too
They don’t seem to care too much about the patients availability they keep trying to change me to a schedule that doesn’t work for me. They rarely check in during treatment. Times my bp dropped too low it took way too long to get their attention for help. I don’t feel too safe there but I just go because I don’t have the energy to deal with it.
My DaVita care team are really attentive to us at the clinic they really care about the patients I would recommend DaVita to anyone who needs to go on dialysis
