The support from the team members is excellent. However, the billing process is very disappointing. Attempts to clarify billing fails at every step. The $28.60 per day "copay" for AT HOME DIALYSIS" is totally unreasonable. Since I only receive Social Security for income, the $10,000 per year is totally unaffordable. I may have to seek affordable alternative options for treatment. I could understand a copay for a clinic/doctor visit, but NOT for at home treatment!
Our care team at DaVita is amazing! They are always willing to discuss care with us and help us if they can!
