So another nurse or tech want to give us a hard time again. Yes we were late but not as late as she said. When I do have my mom on time they are always late at getting her in. So I told her then if she is going to complain when I have my mom here on time then they need to get her in at that time. So I guess I will start to make a fuss again when they don't do so. Still having problems with the same nurse, obviously reading the other ladies post they haven't done anything about her mistreating people. So, I'm documenting and keeping a diary with time and date with every incident. When I did talk with the administrator the one time, she never followed thru, obviously it shows.
My client has been to this center. She has been treated badly and abused by a nurse there. Plus she has no ride but sooner care. Missed one day because they didn't have no drivers. Now they refuse to see her. Plus she had summer flu but she was told to still come in. Why would you do that, to infect every one esle??? I would go to another center if you want proper care.
