I am a patient at this clinic. They have a standing grievance policy and procedure. I had a payment matter that I took to the highest level of the region. I was advised to file a grievance. Their policy states in writing that one will be contacted within 10 days. I entered my grievance in November 2024. No one has contacted me regarding my formal grievance that I entered in November 2024. It’s currently March 05, 2025, well past 10 days from submitting. Worse place to bring patients in. Please find another dialysis center. Do your JOB. I am here to bring YOUR patient. I dont need a weight and i certainly do not need to take your patient that we have placed in your chair near your machine. We do it as a courtesy.
