Hello I'm new to this dyalisis center and wanted to share my experience. So far I'm happy and impressed with how the center is ran. My treatments have been on time and everyone seems focused on there duties and in good spirits. The facility is clean, organized, and well maintained. Thank you to the techs and nurses for making me feel comfortable and confident that I am in good hands. And thank you to the entire team for providing the best experience possible. I appreciate all of you.
I had a problem with another patient and have asking for months to be moved to another location in the clinic and I was told no. Well it all finally blew just recently and I was out in the lobby and I gave the the finger and called him a bitch I told the nurse I would go in and keep my mouth shut in the mean time this guy who is twice my size and twice my weight told all the nurse that he felt his life was in danger after I told the nurse I would not say a word to this guy.the nurse came out and told me they were not going t... read more
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED. It is the worst dialysis clinic I have ever been to. It stinks and the staff do not know proper follow up procedures when their patients have been hospitalized. My blood pressure has been continuing to be low and I have told them that I have been dizzy, lightheaded,and have even fallen. I had to go to the hospital and these people haven't even followed up with the hospital yet. Fresenius is a much better place and I hate that I had to move out of my treatment area.
