The staff is very nice and respectful. They help you through your journey of dyalisis. It is really about how friendly they make it and help you get as comfortable as possible. It is a very clean and well run establishment. Nichole runs a sold ship. The nurses help and check on you thank you Mark, Shawna, akat and Elizabeth. The techs have a good amount of knowledge and help each other keep the PODS running smooth and safe . So disappoint to the bad hygiene!!!! All they care is to get thing done!
They have so many caring people (only had one bad experience with an employee), I really feel the majority of them have good hearts. The office is old and dirty in the lobby. In the back, where you get dialysis they pack you in like sardines, but you do get to lay back in a recliner and it's dark so you can nap.
