The facility was great and clean. The staff was pleasant and really cared for me. I was treated with respect and even made to laugh. Glad to be here.
Very old equipment, always clogs, and staff always blames the patients fistulas, which work fine everywhere else. The manager, Joyce is extremely bossy and rude with everyone, even her own coworkers. The other workers are good, but overwhelmed due to being understaffed. This place needs new equipment, and new management.
The Dearborn Davita was the worse facility. The staff was not friendly. I really hated to leave my mom there. They constantly complained about my mom graft getting clogged up. They made her late for her bus pick-up. I would drop her off at 10 am. But they wouldnt have her ready on time which made the bus driver leave her and go pick someone else up returning to pick my mom up hours later in the mean time my mom is a diabetic and needed to get home so that she could eat.
