Very disappointed with my experience at this physical therapy office. The customer service was poor, and some of the staff were rude and unprofessional. When you are coming in for care, you expect to be treated with respect, patience, and kindness, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. Communication could have been much better, and the way I was spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the way patients are treated.

The facility was great and clean. The staff was pleasant and really cared for me. I was treated with respect and even made to laugh. Glad to be here.
Very old equipment, always clogs, and staff always blames the patients fistulas, which work fine everywhere else. The manager, Joyce is extremely bossy and rude with everyone, even her own coworkers. The other workers are good, but overwhelmed due to being understaffed. This place needs new equipment, and new management.
