My father has been coming to this clinic specifically for 5 years, in those 5 years we’ve watched the facility crash each year. I recently moved away so I’m not there physically to help my father so when I hear these awful conditions my dad has to Go through it boils my blood. They recently got a bunch new young kids that don’t talk to the patients barely know how to correctly inject them and leave them there. My brother has been going here for years and in the the last few months the conditions have been horrible. Underpaid, inexperienced workers. He has had to wait 35 minutes after his machine has gone off before someone came to take him off. Numerous times they can't even stick the needle in him. The turnover rate of employees is insane. I just recently visited this DaVita for treatment. First off, Sommers, the facilitator there, helped me immensely planning my visit. She was so helpful, and was there for me the whole time. She also has a great sense of humor. My nurse was Kathy, and I had Kecha, Trevor and Lakeisha as my techs. All of them were awesome and this facility was great. Thanks for the great care you gave me. Hope to see you again soon.
