Well let me start off and say this place is such a joke the staff is so rude they even talk to you about other staff special the higher ups how they are always changing up something when it comes to hook up clients they always are training people but you never see the people that they are training ever come back after they get trained the nurse Ashley is fake and very nasty the only person I can say it ver wonderful is my tech Brittany she is so awesome I can't give this a 5 star rating because how nasty this place is toward... read more
They don’t have enough staff, nurses working people have to get off work to come to dialysis because they don’t have enough staff, Mission statement from Davita needs to be taken down they do not care about the patients, we’re a number, This clinic use to be a nice place they had one nurse that worked sun to sun down and that’s because she carried about the patients.
My brother receives dialysis at the Davita center in South Daytona and our family has become very concerned about the level of care there. On more than one occasion it has seemed like staff were rushing to end the day and patients were taken off their dialysis machines before completing the full treatment time. Dialysis is life-sustaining care, so shortening treatments is frightening for patients and families.
