I just recently visited this DaVita for treatment. First off, Sommers, the facilitator there, helped me immensely planning my visit. She was so helpful, and was there for me the whole time. She also has a great sense of humor. My nurse was Kathy, and I had Kecha, Trevor and Lakeisha as my techs. All of them were awesome and this facility was great. Thanks for the great care you gave me. Hope to see you again soon.
My experience was a good one. The facility was very busy with good and quality staff.
I have been using some form of Davita for hemodialysis since 2008. This company has always had faults like any company; but I’ve never seen so much disfunction caused by your own administration. Whoever is making the decisions has decided that their bottom dollar is more important than what the patients wants and needs are, and it’s truly sad.
