The care team at this facility is awesome. If there's a major or minor change in your physical appearance or weight they will talk to you to see what's going on with you outside of treatment. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible while you are there. I wouldn't want to get dialysis any place else.
The team is awesome, and they really work to keep patients healthy. And every once in a while, we play games like bingo or trivia. Usually, this happens on holidays. It helps with moral.
This place has many good people working there but their treatments are questionable. They don’t take into consideration the patients request, needs and/or concerns. I have a hard time trusting them with my love one. I will be removing them from this center as soon as possible. Please be aware of what is going on with or your love one. Ask questions, raise concerns. In the end is the patients body and they cannot obligate anyone to do anything against their will.
This is an assembly line operation. Don't expect a real thought process.
