Yes I transferred from DaVita in Williamstown to Crestview because of kidney doctor and everything was running fine until this year 3 months ago Susie the administrator kept shutting off the lights on the treatment floor I don't like it dark because I have night blindness and I have a pre-existing condition depression and anxiety and her turning these lights off aggravates this condition that she don't care if she did it anyway until she has her staff practice on people with well-established fistulas to train her staff and t... read more
