Staff seems to care
Yes there are times this location is not well staffed but these 5 star rating is for a few workers at this location. And they all deserve a great raise, i want to praise, acknowledge and honor the following individuals; Kimberly and Janet the charge nurses; Didi the front desk receptionist; Suehay, lety, and Mia the technicians and Ron the counselor. All these are amazing workers! And there hard work should be rewarded! Thank you all for your care and attention on my behalf. God bless you all as well.
Poorly staffed! 3rd weekend in a row with nurse issues. Arrived at facility each day and informed NO TREATMENT TODAY. Now why? Which facility makes more money, must not be the Lake City facility! Then forced to go to Gainesville, the only option if you want treatment!!
It’s been HORRIBLE! My husband's first appointment(last Wednesday) and they were closed with no explanation, he was told to be there the next day (Thursday) at the same time and they said he wasn’t on the schedule…then he goes back Friday morning and they messed up his port, had to be admitted to the hospital and get it straightened out.
