This place needs a little communication.
My dad & others are constantly waiting around the building for techs to get there, they're always short handed, running very late, and on one occasion the door was locked leaving the patients outside waiting, some were in wheelchairs. Many times after their treatments they are left 30-45minutes waiting to be unplugged... Someone needs to step in or they need to be fined or closed & reprimanded for endangering senior citizens & patients
The staff here is great! I'm glad she moved over here. But I do miss Oliver.
