All of the staff are great. They are caring and professional. They take great care of me. However, I am disappointed that this facility has no backup facilities like a generator. This facility is in a Hurricane zone in addition to being in a city of 4 million or more. I have been sent home twice due to no electricity. I think that is not acceptable.
DaVita Champions has a care team that no one can match. They know each patient by name and they consistently work to help you manage your health!!!
