While the technicians and nurses perform well, the place is noisy. One of the technicians thinks nothing to shout at other technicians and nurses across the room. She also speaks loudly - in Spanish - with the charge nurse. I understand a little of what they are discussing, and a great deal of the time, it is not business related.
