While the technicians and nurses perform well, the place is noisy. One of the technicians thinks nothing to shout at other technicians and nurses across the room. She also speaks loudly - in Spanish - with the charge nurse. I understand a little of what they are discussing, and a great deal of the time, it is not business related. The worst noise offender is the manager. Toward the end of the day, she comes out on the floor, and starts “visiting” with her employees. I was having a problem with my catheter not working, and Estelle was quite amazing trying everything to get that catheter working. And I appreciate her being patient and trying everything. And in the end she got it working, I think she need a raise for doing an outstanding job. Thank you very much Gwen Cedeno.
