The staff is nice but understaffed and to many mental errors occur. My wife has had to be hospitalized for fluid overload 3 times now since 11/2023 because staff has not checked to make sure her filtration to remove fluid is turned on and running during her treatment and they fail to reach her fluid removal prescription. This always happens on the Saturday treatment and she doesn't return until Tuesday
I love my dialysis nurses. I had a personality conflict with 2 nurses. But 2 nurses that taught me how to do my at home PD were fabulous. Caring, friendly, patient. The facility is clean. I hated having to drive there from Grand Blanc but the care I got was worth it.
