DEVITA in Brighton is the best place to get care. They treat you like family there. They always ask how each member of my familyy is doing. Is there anything we need? I couldn't ask for better care. I always know what is happening next because they keep me informed. They are top notch.
DaVita Brighton has a staff that is incredibly epic! From the first day I entered, I felt welcomed as a person and not just a case number. The receptionist made sure I felt at ease with all paperwork and understanding of the entire dialysis process.The Social Worker is incredibly detailed oriented and her supportive personality surpasses any that I've delt with in the past. I love my dream team at Davita in Brighton MI. Highly recommend them if one chooses peritoneal dialysis. It is easy peasy when you follow the care plan and instructions to connect and disconnect. They are highly skilled, trained, and experienced to be there for you. Dialysis has saved my life and I am eternally grateful for my Davita team. Im eternally grateful to still be a mom.
Everybody at this location has been wonderful since the day I started coming here. Ive never had any problems and everybody has always been supportive and leaves you feeling better than when you arrived, especially on those days where dealing you medical condition cna be exhausting and overwhelming.
My mom went here for Dialysis. She was pretty sick but kept trying to get herself feeling better after heart surgery. My mom was not the perfect patient as she would experience confusion during treatment. I felt they tried to encourage my mom to stop dialysis many times. A decision like that is no one else's decision but their own. No dialysis you die. I feel they forgot that part. She went there for over a year until she ended up not wanting to go back.
