Terrible ,they’re the reason why my grandfather wasn’t cared for properly .
I helped to drop off and pick up my grandma for a few months at this facility. I quickly realized she was not well taken care of. The staff was rude and not good with the care they gave her. Due to the lack of care she became too ill to carry on. I strongly encourage to use a different dialysis center for care of your loved ones.
My family member was treated very badly here.The main nurse in charge was rude and should not be in charge of the care of patients and their lives.
0 stars would be best suited for this facility. If you look at the reviews most were from years ago when this facility had great staff. This facility has gone down tremendously in the last few years. The majority of the staff especially management are unprofessional, incompetent, and the faculties are dirty. My grandmother was a patient here for almost 4 years and due to the incompetence of the staff her life was cut short.
