I’m not the patient receiving care. I take my mother there three days per week. I know that my Mum is being left in good hands and have no concerns about leaving her there for four hours each day. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. I observe that each patient is treated with similar compassion. It’s a joy to see that there are still people who have a servant’s heart. Kudos to all of the staff.
My team will never have any health facilities refer to this facility/facilities. Unfortunately the lack of empathy and urgency, follow-up and poor communication is beyond providing excellence in healthcare. Do better! Still waiting on communication for 6 days my team refuses for a patient and family to suffer. Only will post with a ⭐️.
