I rarely leave one-star reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. I am trying to arrange dialysis care for my father, who is being transferred from California to Alexandria, VA. I specifically chose this location because it is extremely close to both my home and workplace, which is important given his medical condition and transportation needs.
