cannot speak about the facility itself, but I can share my experience with Lisa, the PD nurse. She was extremely rude to everyone involved in trying to help transfer my father into her care. Her behavior left both my sister and me in tears, and even the hospital caseworkers commented on how difficult and uncooperative she was throughout the process. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful great people
I wanna say thank you everyone in this center!🙏They are doing a great job! Especially Melissa Jackson . She is from Sanford dialysis center, but she helps twice a week in this center! Everyone is so kind and helpful! Just one problem, they are short staffed
Short staffed with long wait times. Inconsistent operations gives the impression the nurse doesn't know how to do her job. Right now this center is awful, and I dread the days I'm supposed to go.
Amazing employees! They’re very attentive to our needs. Compassion and comprehension.
