I’m not sure who it was because they refuse to give a name but my father receives treatment here and he can’t walk so he is bound to a wheel chair. A nurse here told him she is refusing to help him get in his chair for dialysis because it is not her job. HE CANT WALK! That’s not his fault and all he needs is a little help to keep him stable because he uses his arms to move around. I’m not sure who this nurse is but she should be fired.
My husband is always on time for his treatments. He rarely ever gets out on time. He can be anywhere from 10 minutes late to an hour late! They can’t seem to keep good techs. One tech, in particular, if she could stay off her phone long enough to do her job, my husband would be able to get out on time. Now, the center is wanting to give the patient a gift if they are always on time and don’t miss a treatment. That’s a slap in the face to all the patients.
