I was a visitor at theAbercorn clinic for two days and I must say the staff was extremely friendly and assertive. I did not have to wait to be hooked up to the machine or to get off the machine They were very professional! I know being on dialysis is not a pleasant experience,but I must say they made me feel comfortable and welcomed I enjoyed my time there. Good job to Avery's Team and my technician Toi!
I've been going to DaVita for almost 17 years to get treatment the same facility the same time at the same location. Within the last 6 months of deleted hiring in New staff they have came and made things difficult. Stating that DaVita has no policies and procedures and trying to implement their own policies and procedures and not following the rules that are given. Except for the check in and check out time I have no problem.
The people there are great. Ron and Monica are wonderful to deal with.
