Been here in this clinic multiple times as I observed theres a lot of review that OUT OF CONTEXT, they even mention a doctor that is not even working there, who is Dr.Justine??I ask the receptionist if they have this doctor but they said they never had a doctor named Justine. I believe BEING HAPPY is NOT A SIN, so please if you see others HAPPY then just let them so dont judge others as you dont know how receptionist is struggling with the different kind of attitude of different people. 👎AVOID Dr. Soudabeh Aghazaman Kashani. She is not helpful at all and shows no care to the patient’s symptoms. She is always dismissive and asks “what do you want to do” “what do you want me to do” like I’m the one with the medical license. Very unprofessional. Even a single star is excessive. I wish there was a zero-star option. Today I visited this clinic and met Dr. Kashani. She charged me $30 for a letter detailing eight words. She completely disregarded my concerns and offered no recommendations or solutions for improving my situation. I do not recommend this clinic.

Receptionists are rude, abrupt, impatient, keep talking over you without listening, unprofessional and keep speaking their own language (Filippino) out loud all the time amongst themslves in their place of employment in a public waiting room full of patients. They always want to get you to go in, even if its unnecessary. For example, for the doctor to switch your prescription for one that's actually covered by your insurance bcz the one he gave you isn't. It would have been a simple fax to Shoppers.
