This was honestly the worst walk-in clinic experience I’ve ever had. I’m an international student at York University, and I have insurance that should be claimable, but when I asked them for the necessary forms, they reacted very rudely and refused to help. The staff seemed irritated the whole time and made the process unnecessarily stressful. The doctor, Isaac, was also very unprofessional and had a bad attitude. Overall, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this clinic at all.
Went here for an urgent need and was refused service. Wouldn’t recommend.
I feel compelled to give a great review of this clinic and staff! I am very happy with the staff and Doctors at this clinic. The front desk staff have always been very responsive, and were highly organized in helping me move my medical records over seamlessly. They have also been very helpful in getting my appointments set up and organized as needed. Dr. Mascarenhas in particular is highly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive in my healthcare. This is where, Dr Klein, my Dad's dr of over 25 years resides. We have no complaints whatsoever about the good care the good doctor has been providing over the time and would recommend him to anyone. He is also very accessible over email and phone and responds timely. Thank you, Doctor, for all you do!
Receptionists and doctor are extremely rude and dismissive with patients. Seems like they are only interested in conversations amongst themselves as well. I came to get treated for a UTI and my first experience was perfectly smooth & fine. Had to come back a couple weeks later for the same thing and got such a rude doctor who essentially made me diagnose myself with BV if I wanted meds this instant.
