one of the disabled parking spots was blocked by a flower display, and the disabled parking signs were spray painted over. not only is it illegal (per the ADA,) it also sends a hostile message to disabled people like myself.
Nice enough until they're NOT. I have been a loyal customer here for 15 years. While sometimes short and unfriendly they have always been helpful. Last week I paid a premium for several hundred dollars worth of plants. A couple of them died and needed to be replaced. I politely asked if they would replace them or consider a discount on the replacement plants. The owner was extremely rude and condescending. Just popped in quickly, but they had a very large variety of plants, and they answered my questions and were very nice!
