Best palliative & Hospice care for my father. Frances is a very strong patient advocate & will not tolerate sub-standard care in a Nursing Home setting. She is all about the best possible care regardless of the setting from home to hospital & everywhere in between. God sent me an angel when he sent me Frances! She is truly passionate about what she does & compassionate towards patients AND family members!!
