Overpriced and unprofessional – This business lacks professionalism. I called to have my reverse osmosis serviced at my rental home. I expressed to the receptionist, Andrea that this was a rental home and to coordinate a time with my tenant but to bill me for service and advise ME ONLY on parts and/or additional repair fees that would be in addition to their whopping $125 service call.
