Fantastic facility and service. Second to none. Quickly resolved my issue with the friendliest staff ever experienced. We were traveling and happened by. God's grace put us there
Dr Vu and Urgent Care Clemmons were wonderful. From the minute I walked in the door everyone was friendly and helpful. There was no wait on the weekend I visited. I thought I might have Shingles. Dr. Vu examined me and was pretty sure I did not have Shingles, but still requested a sample to double check. I received the results quickly. I will use them again if I have another issue when my PCP’s office is closed. Very satisfied.
As usual EVERYONE was super nice!! Check in, vitals and the doctor went out their way make me feel comfortable and important! Thank you!!
