Got this email with promotion of 2 pairs for $59. As previous customers with our script on file, my wife and I decided to get additional sunglasses for the upcoming season. We were told sunglasses were not part of the promotion and it would cost starting at $135 for frames. Very misleading. I did not seek this out and look for any special deal... You sent me this and I’m very disappointed
I had a great Experience at the Patchogue Visionworks location. The Exam was very thorough and Dr. Che was very gentle, kind and informative. Marybeth was awesome. She was extremely helpful, friendly, informative and very patient. I had a very positive experience. Thanks so much for the great service.
They were great. My glasses got scratches and they helped with replacing the lenses!
Amanda was so awesome! I had a wonderful experience she helped me from beginning to end of transaction with total experience and knowledge of her job, on what I wanted and didn’t want. I would recommend totally Visionworks to anyone everyone was helpful and wonderful!
Best place to shop.. Mike and the staff are always so polite and professional..
