I give them a 1 out of 10. Not customer oriented, I bought frames there, they were 2 years old, the arm broke.. I understand the frames were no longer availabe, but needed a pair quick because they are my everyday glasses...I asked to put the lenses to fit an old pair of frames...They told me they don't cut to fit old frames, You have to buy a new pair...Isnt that what they do, cut lenses??? Money hungry and just flat out refused.. Lost a customer... I will never go there for anything.... Don't waste your time...

You will find true professionals at the Levitown Visionworks. They work hard to be sure they take care of your eye care needs and ensure your satisfaction. There is a great sale going on right now 2 complete pairs of glasses for just $49. The doctors are excellent.
Absolutely disgusted with this location. Made an appointment for my daughter for 3pm today. Showed up for the appointment and was told they had no record of an appointment. Drs are booked and they can't see her until next week. Nothing they can do, no way to help. Terrible customer service. Never again.
Poor customer service and no follow up. My family will only return if our glasses break or need adjusting since glasses were purchased from there, next glasses and prescriptions will be filled elsewhere.
misread an RX; seriously how the hell do you mistake a negative sign (-) for a positive (+) Total fail!
