RecommendedFor the most part I’m satisfied but the pickup appointment was not what I thought it would be as in the past! I was handed my glasses by the door, told to try them on & if needed, they would adjust them & they did need to be adjusted. I was not offered a seat where I usually am given something to read to see if they are ok. I guess I just have to go to see if I can read the newspaper print. Not happy about this at all!
I came to the Plainview VW today and had an awesome experience today. Between seeing Dr. Adler and Haydee as my optician and Lisa as the GM everything was amazing!! I will be recommending to all my friends and family even during this Covid time

I've been using this location for a fee year's now. I would not go anywhere else. Lisa, Juan, Kevin and staff are all amazing!!
