My husband and I bought new glasses, he needed to return twice for adjustments. Elizabeth and Susan were wonderful. very knowledgeable and helpful.
I recently went to Visioworks in Massapequa and the staff was excellent. Everyone was nice. Elizabeth the optician was professional and knowledgeable. Kourtney the manager was very accommodating when she offered to fix my older pair. Great service.
Went there for an eye exam for my son to get contacts. We were taken quickly and the Dr. was great. Second appointment for learning how to put in and take out the contacts went great too. Staff was friendly and the woman helping him with the contacts did a fantastic job with him when he was very nervous. Finally ordered his glasses too, all with no wait and minimal paperwork. Every time he has broken his glasses or gotten glasses in the past we never waited more than a few mins and they were usually covered by the replacemen... read more
