I had an excellent experience with Davis Vision insurance representative Andrei. He is incredibly nice, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. His professionalism truly stood out as he patiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns with great care and understanding. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and I truly appreciate Andrei’s help. Highly recommend!
Why are they the ones tasked with deciding if a service is necessary?!? Especially when it pertains to a service not in their expertise and is evident that the patient needs. Vision specialists should not be determining if something not related to their expertise is necessary. Makes no sense. Last time it was a gynecologist who denied the endocrinologist request. They had to argue for it, now this. How can our healthcare system keep getting more ridiculous and difficult to navigate for their profit margin.
Impossible to get on the phone. won't tell me how much they paid on a claim. it says pays 100% after co pay for each item we got for glasses. bill was 409$ they only paid $56. won't send EOB. TheStore we bought glasses from says we paid our part but Davis Vision trying to bill me for more. says they won't tell me what they paid. never had trouble with them before but something shystery is going on here. tried to go to log on ,didn't work. Davis Vision needs to get it's *!%# together!!!!
Useless insurance. Uses ridiculous reasons to reject my claims.
The same like this lady WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION-IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE TO CHOOSE ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LAUGHABLE AND THE AMOUNT OF INCORRECT INFORMATION THAT IS GIVEN IS RIDICULOUS---DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY
