I have called them 4 times in two days (twice Friday and twice Monday) to inquire about a tractor rental. Every single time a lady answers and says the person with the rental dept is busy and she will have him call me back. I've yet to receive that call... When I spoke to her today I specifically said "with all due respect ma'am, yall have told me you would call back but I've heard nothing. So, would you please ensure he gets my message."
