Perfectly on time, I had been told by 2 other places that they'd have trouble even getting my car from where it was or be unable to tow it at all due to it being lowered.. but the guy from Davis Towing had no issue at all. He knew exactly how to get it up on there without issues and had it done very quickly. He was on time, very personable and made the process very easy on me. Extremely negative experience with Davis Towing & Tire. After my trailer became detached, the police arrived and called this company. The crew moved my trailer approximately 50 feet, after which I was expected to hook it back up to my truck myself. I was charged $1,500 for this service. I expressed that the amount seemed excessive for the work performed, but the staff began threatening to tow my trailer away if I refused to pay. Faster than expected road side assistance. Fixed my tire right there on the side of the road. Very professional and well done. Highly recommend.
On the day of the incident, there was a serious traffic accident (not caused by me) that resulted in over two hours of traffic delay. During that time, my truck ran out of diesel. When the police arrived, they contacted Davis Towing & Tire before I had the chance to call another company. Davis Towing & Tire towed my truck approximately 3 miles and charged me $963.
