I really appreciate being at this facility. First point of contact Ms Teresa (professional and courteous) Cliff really helped me get through this experience no trucker likes to go through. They took very good care of 2018 freightliner after a wheel bearing failure. Very traumatic for me. Cliff, the tow guy and the young man making calls for the parts ministered to me. I appreciate everything you all do. God bless you all!
I called and was given a price of $975 to change my tire. However, when the job was completed, I was charged $1,075. They told me the original quote was incorrect because the person who gave it was working from home at the time. I did not appreciate this. In today’s economy, every dollar counts. This is not good business practice. The tire change itself was fine—it was a simple repair.
